– Hands on with ERP & CRM implementation right from requirement gathering to implementation phase.

– End to end ownership of IT infra and services, though the candidate doesn’t possess the skill set of doing things by their own, at least they should understand the technical aspects to get things done for us.

– At least 5 years of Manager experience will help getting a good candidate

2.   Keen attention to detail.
3.    Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
4.     Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
5.     Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
6.     Proven experience in implementation of IT infrastructure
7.     Demonstrated project management skills
8.     Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
9.     Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
10.  Self-driven and motivated able to work with minimal supervision.
11.  Configure systems and business applications; eager to learn.
12. Conduct research on software and hardware products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts.
13. Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software. Must have dealt with vendor negotiations.
14. Oversee all technology operations with strong focus on security and rollout of SSO, AD, DRM and back-up solutions.
15. Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
16. Identify security vulnerabilities and eliminate them with strategic solutions that increase data safety.
17. Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems.
18. Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in systems across the organization.
19. Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems.
20. Provide orientation and training to L1 IT agents for all modified and new systems.
