  1. Review of monthly MIS decks
  2. Work extensively with various process owners on documenting controls and  SOX implementation
  3. Analyse all contracts and agreements and ensure compliance with GAAP
  4. Oversee all audit related queries and requirements
  5. Support tax audit, transfer pricing, valuation, AOP and other activities

CA with 4-7 years of experience in Big 4 or corporate financial reporting with sound understanding of GAAP and SoX/PCAOB compliances.
