Define the Role
● End-to-End ownership of the Sales and Growth of the cluster/city(Tier2/tier 3 cities)
● Hire, monitor, and manage a two-tier team of Team Leaders and Sales Manager.
● Drive rigor on ground ensure sales SOP is adhered
● He or she will have to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to solve real-time escalations on ground
● Assist City sales head in scaling up sales

Persona
● 3-5 years of experience in sales and have lead team
● Designation → Area Manager/Sr Territory Sales manager
● Has lead sales team (20-30), execution excellence in high volume delivery business
● Companies: Telecom/Fintech/Ecommerce handling volume delivery
● Local Language proficiency and geography knowledge is preferable

Skills
● Target oriented sales team lead who is hands-on and drive sales discipline
● Data-driven approach to sales
● High level of ownership and ability to work independently
● Ability to identify problem statement and fix it
